Have your breakfast and get prepared for a full day excursion tour. Start your day with visit to Gateway of India and the very famous Taj Hotel. You can further proceed to the Prince of Wales Museum and en route to Mumbai High Court and University. You can go for the picturesque view of Marine Drive and Hanging Garden. Pay a visit to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station from outside to get the exquisite beauty of the monuments. Later, visit Tower of Silence from outside and Mani Bhavan (which tends to be the house of Mahatma Gandhi). Pay a visit to Jain Temple, World Trade Centre, and Jehangir Art Gallery. You can cover Nehru Planetarium and Haji Ali.
While exploring Mumbai our guide will take you to some street stalls where we will sample some of the most delicious snacks with the best view of Mumbai has to offer. You can enjoy delicious local stuff like Pav Bhaji, Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Chicken Roll, Seekh Kabab, Jalebi and other daily street vendors loads which they offer at very reasonable prices.

In time get transferred to Mumbai Railway station from where you will board train which will take you to Ahmedabad which is India’s first UNESCO World Heritage City and the most populous metropolis in Gujarat. On arrival at Ahmedabad railway station you shall be transferred to your hotel. Night stay is in Ahmedabad.
This morning, take a heritage tour of Ahmedabad for 2-3 hours, visiting some of its amazing cultural and heritage sites. The walk commences from Swaminarayan Temple Kalupur, includes 20 main spots, and concludes at the 15th-century Jama Masjid. The Ahmedabad heritage walk model is being replicated throughout India as a way to preserve heritage.
Later in the morning, take an excursion to Modhera and Patan. Check out the architectural beauty of the Sun Temple at Modhera, the Rani-ki-vav at Patan, and the step-well at Adalaj. The Sun Temple of Modhera was built in 1026 CE and is one of the finest examples of Indian architecture of its period. As the name suggests, the temple is dedicated to the sun god, Surya, and stands high on a platform overlooking a stone-stepped tank. It’s brilliantly carved with gods and goddesses, birds, beasts, and flowers.
Patan is a beautiful old town with Jain temples and carved wooden houses. The step-well here is an excellent example of Gujarati architecture, with carved walls, pillars, steps, and platforms featuring maidens and Hindu deities, religious themes, and geometrical patterns. The Adalaj step-well is another fine example of magnificent Gujarati architecture and carving.
Return back to Ahmedabad where we will drive straight to a good local restaurant. You will have experience of local traditional culture of Gujarat. Mud flooring, bamboo walls, wooden tables, leaf plates and bowls and a dhinchanyu or a knee-support – this is what embraces a regular meal at this local restaurant. Here we urge our guests to sit on the floor, cross-legged, for good digestion.

The food which is served is bought and cooked fresh always. The great thing about eating here is that the ingredients are pure, fresh and nutritious and the food preparations are made in less oil, spices, ghee and sugar.
This local restaurant follows the system of Ayurveda, serving fresh healthy food and aiding digestions that nobody goes home feeling excessively full or uneasy from here. Ayurveda recommends that after every meal, it is essential to walk for 100 steps, for good digestion. The design of this restaurant is such, that one has no choice but to walk 100 steps to get to their fancy cars also!

If you are in Ahmedabad then why don’t we cover Udaipur which is nearly 260 KM away. We are telling this because Udaipur is famous for its scenic location, Rajput-era Royal palaces, old havelis (merchant houses) and luxury hotels. Udaipur is Rajasthan’s romantic white city located on Lake Pichola. The lake is actually man-made built in 1362 to accommodate Udaipur’s water needs. In a very dry season, it can be completely empty.
Morning board your train for Udaipur. On arrival you shall be transferred to your hotel. Evening is free to explore Udaipur on your own. Night stay is in Udaipur.
We start the day off by discovering the City Palace – a mesmerizing complex of buildings built by various Maharanas (Warrior Kings) after Udai Singh, completed in the year 1725. We enter through the entrance at the northern Tripolia Gate into the central courtyard, the perfect spot to view lattice worked balconies and ornate cupola-topped towers. We also stop at Jagdish temple, erected in the year 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh. It is the biggest and most impressive temple of Udaipur.
In the afternoon, we continue on to Sahelion Ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour), an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter and the ladies of the Queen’s court. Stroll through the several foundations, pools, and carved pavilions.
In the evening we have arranged a fantastic cooking class where you will learn Rajasthani and home style recipes including chai, chapattis, sweet and potato patatha, garlic naan, dal and eggplant curry from an experienced home cook.
Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 7: Udaipur – Ajmer [By Train] Drive to Salt Lake
Today we will board the train again for next destination. On arriving at the railway station we shall drive for 2 hours and will then reach at Salt Lake of Rajasthan. The sun-kissed landscape of the region makes it perfect for those who wants to soothes the soul and imparts a surreal experience of witnessing the largest inland Salt Lake in India. Salt Lake offers an outstanding experience and takes you closer to Nature.
On arrival check in at your resort. Have some rest and then enjoy your lunch at the resort only. Later Experience Salt Harvesting. See the process of ‘Salt making’, on the toy train for the salt production tour. Contact with salt production workers and get a glimpse into the process of extracting salt from the lake.
Evening is free to explore the resort or you can sit by Sambhar Lake as the lake is a home for many migratory birds. It is one of the best places in India for bird-watching. The flamingoes in the midst of green water and crystal sand make the view extremely spellbinding. The birds mostly seen at the sanctuary are redshanks, slits, and coots.
What’s more if you want to do stargazing then walk with a lantern amidst the stars, an unmatched experience lets you enjoy the beauty of Sambhar by night when the salty sand banks glitter and the serene quietness of the wilderness fills the air [For Stargazing equipment have to be brought by the client only]
Night stay is at Salt Lake place.
After relaxed breakfast if you want then you can opt for an early morning excursion to a nearby village and enjoy a slice of rural life while sipping on tea at a local chai shop and stroll the banks of the salt lake. Later return back to your resort for breakfast and then checkout to drive for Pink city Jaipur.
On arrival at Jaipur you shall be transferred to your hotel.
After fresh n up spent some time for sightseeing around the beautiful pink city of Jaipur. Get ready for the first stop today is at the astonishing facade of the Hawa Mahal, the ‘Palace of the Winds’, erected as portion of the City Palace and aimed to allow the women of the harem to see the city lower without being seen. This afternoon visit the splendid City Palace, now a mesmerizing museum housing some of the treasures of Jaipur’s princely past.
Later return to local street food of Jaipur and enjoy the local delicacies which are fresh, tasty and yummy to eat. Here you can have Chole Bhaturas, Aalu Tikki, Pani puri, jalebi, pyaz ki kachori, samosa’s, South Indian, Thalis, poha, chaat’s, to Gulab Jamun’s, Ice cream, Falooda, Kairi Panna, authentic Rajasthani food, halwa, etc. This place has a lot to offer.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
In the morning we shall meet you at your hotel and take you for an experience of the morning aarti or prayer chanting at the Govind Devji Temple at the City Palace where crowds chant songs to the deity. Receive the blessings at this 18th century Krishna temple where the deity, worshipped by the erstwhile royal family. From there, we’ll take you to the wholesale flower market near Hawa Mahal. Here you’ll see turbaned crowds trading sacks of roses and marigold.
There will be a short break of 10- 15 minutes, where we stop at a chaiwalla on Chaura raasta for some cardamom early morning tea in Kullad, which is one of the specialty in Rajasthan.
From there, we’ll take you back to your hotel for breakfast at last.
Later checkout and drive to Amber fort. You will visit the Amber Fort with the Sheesh Mahal (all of mirrors),which is the hill-top citadel of the Rajput rulers, a rich combination of Hindu and Muslim design that proffer some impressive views out across the Aravalli Hills.
Carry on your drive to Agra for check in and overnight stay.

Sunrise visit of Taj Mahal. ( Closed on Friday’s ) at the time of sunrise for stunning views and is also less crowed. Constructed by Shah Jahan to honour the remembrance of his wife, Mumtaz, the Taj is one of the world’s most iconic buildings, taking over 20 years to build. We first stop over at the Taj Mahal for sunrise which is the most fairy-tale and peaceful of times to understand the legendary beauty of this honor to love.
After breakfast visit the giant Agra Fort home to the magical Jahangir Palace. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Agra fort is profusely blessed with astounding array of palaces and mosques, whereas the marble grandeur of the Taj Mahal needs no summary.
Later drive to New Delhi and check in at your hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast around 0900 AM you will be picked up from your hotel and will be taken away to nearby Delhi metro station. This metro ride will be around 20 – 25 minutes which will straight land you at Old Delhi [Chandni Chowk] area.
