Travel Itinerary
This morning, we'll pick you up from the airport/hotel and transfer you to New Delhi railway station for a scenic 7-8 hour train journey to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Khajuraho, built by the Chandela dynasty, is home to 25 temples with various depictions of life, including erotic sculptures. After some relaxation, visit the Kandariya Mahadev temple. In the evening, enjoy the Khajuraho light and sound show before returning to the hotel for the night.
After breakfast, you'll visit the western and eastern temple groups, including Chaunsat Yogini, Devi Jagdambe, and Chitragupta temples. The eastern group features Hindu and Jain temples, with the largest being Parsvanath, along with Adinatha, Ghantai, and Vamana temples. In the late afternoon, we'll head to Khajuraho Railway Station for your train to Agra. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the evening.
Today, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, learning about its 22-year construction, 20,000 workers, and 1,000 elephants used to transport marble. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, it’s a symbol of love. After returning to the hotel for breakfast and checkout, explore the Agra Fort, a blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Later, drive to Jaipur, known for its historic charm. Enjoy the evening markets before resting for tomorrow’s sightseeing.

After breakfast, we drive to Amer, known for its Amer Palace Fort, the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha dynasty. We then visit the City Palace, blending Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, followed by Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century observatory with precise solar devices. Next, explore Hawa Mahal, built in 1799, with its pink sandstone facade and windows for royal women to view street festivities.
In the evening, enjoy Rajasthani cultural games, shows, and a vegetarian dinner at a local resort before returning to the hotel.
Morning checkout and drive to New Delhi On arrival check in at your hotel. If time permits visit the early 20th-century work of Edwin Lutyens, a British architect, prominently features in the colonial districts.
Finally, visit the famous Qutub Minar and Humayun's Tomb, a marvelous example of Persian-inspired Mughal architecture. Drive past the New Delhi area to visit Raj Ghat, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidential Palace), the Parliament House, and other colonial buildings.
Night stay is in New Delhi.
In the morning, your sightseeing begins. You'll visit the walled city of Old Delhi, where every street is buzzing with activity. The influence of the Mughals, who once ruled from the ramparts of the Red Fort, can be seen extensively. you'll visit Jama Masjid—the largest mosque in India, built in the 17th century.
In time get transferred to New Delhi airport to board your flight for onwards journey. Tour Ends
