Description
This North India food tour begins where India's food story begins — in the chaos of Old Delhi's spice lanes, where chili dust hits before you see a single stall. Over ten days this India culinary tour takes you through royal Jaipur kitchens, Lucknow's 400-year-old kebab houses and the sacred ghats of Varanasi — where the last thing you taste is Banarasi paan as temple bells echo across the Ganges. Crispy jalebis in Old Delhi, Tunday kebabs in Lucknow, Taj Mahal at dawn and Banarasi paan on the Ganges ghats — across Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Lucknow and Varanasi. This is not a tour. This is India through its food.
