Welcome to New Delhi, the starting point of your North India Food Adventure. Upon your arrival at New Delhi Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
For those arriving earlier in the day, take this time to relax and recover from your journey. Please note, standard check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 PM.
Today at At 09:00 AM start for a local experience with a Delhi Metro ride, whisking you straight into the heart of Old Delhi. Here, your immersive food tour begins.
Wander through the historic lanes, savoring an array of authentic Indian food dishes from various cuisines at different renowned food joints. A highlight of your tour will be a stop at Delhi's vibrant Spice Market, where you'll discover the rich tapestry of spices used in Indian cooking.
In the evening, board a comfortable superfast train to Jaipur, the Pink City. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.
Today, explore the stunning Amber Fort, with its stunning Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors), offering a rich blend of Hindu and Muslim design and impressive views across the Aravalli Hills.
Upon returning to Jaipur, have street food lunch. Enjoy local favorites such as Chole Bhaturas, Aalu Tikki, Pani Puri, Jalebi, Pyaz ki Kachori, Samosas, and delicious Gulab Jamuns, among countless other treats that this vibrant city has to offer.
In evening time, have an authentic Rajasthani Cooking Class. Learn to prepare regional specialties like Laal Maas, Gatte ki Khichdi, Rajasthani Curry, Bundi Raita, and various vegetables, delving into the rich flavors and spices influenced by Jaipur's royal heritage.
In morning get ready to experience morning aarti at 18th century Govind Devji Temple where crowds chant songs to the deity, which is also worshipped by the erstwhile royal family. From here we shall move towards flower market to watch turbaned crowds trading sacks of roses & marigold.
After breakfast, sightsee astonishing Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. Also, stopover at City palace, now a mesmerizing museum housing some of the treasures of Jaipur’s princely past. Evening is free for shopping, leisure & rest.
After breakfast drive towards Agra, home to one of the world's greatest wonders.
En route, visits two remarkable sites. First, explore the ancient Abhaneri Stepwell, an architectural marvel of intricate steps. Next, discover the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival in Agra, check into your hotel. Morning have a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays). Witness this breathtaking white marble marvel, a truly stunning and less crowded experience. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, this UNESCO World Heritage Site will leave you awe-inspired.
Later, explore the magnificent Agra Fort. This powerful 16th-century fortress, often called the Red Fort of Agra, showcases the incredible architectural brilliance of the Mughals. Morning board train for Lucknow. On arrival, be ready to experience cuisine tour of Lucknow which mainly consists of Avadhi cuisine. The food tour walk will be of 1.5 hours to 02 Hours which operates all days except Sundays, Muslim Holidays and Holi festival.

At morning boat ride visit Dashashwamedh Ghat and soak yourself in its blissful environs. The aroma of incense, the blowing of conch shells and the devotion of the people will truly mesmerize you.
Next tour will be of Varanasi’s local foodies where you will explore city’s famous unpretentious street food it has to offer which are Malaiyo, Tamatar Chaat (savory tomato and potato snack), Kalakand, Malai Toast, Malpuas (Indian pancake), Banarasi Paan (betel leaf filled with condiments) and more.
